Return and Refund Policy

At Eminem | Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at support@eminem.store.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
